The Global Digital Partnerships Analyst will be responsible for operational metrics, audience and platform insights, reporting, and analysis to help shape our sales strategy and product positioning.

This includes but is not limited to the weekly creation of reports/presentations for senior leadership, working with managers to identify key business questions and structuring the appropriate analysis, implementing and automating new analytics tools and packages as needed, and reviewing the market to help shape our digital product solutions and strategies.

Having expertise with MS Excel is a must, while experience with data query and sales team automation tools will provide a strong foundation for success. Further, this role will work closely with sales, business development, product analytics teams, and the Global Partnerships Leadership team to ensure that critical sales and marketing information is surfaced appropriately and accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing analytical support to Global Digital Partnerships business, including
    • Internal data reports on business operations and drivers of performance
    • Support revenue recognition and forecasting for Partnerships deals
    • Identifying and evaluating of quarterly renewal opportunities and health metrics
  • Surface key business questions and conduct structured analysis to identify initiatives to drive Partnerships growth
  • Turn data-based observations and insights into hypotheses, A/B, multivariate, and lift testing opportunities
  • Leverage company data to make better results and assure improved product/user experience
  • Review industry and consumer research to support strategy refinement
  • Identify tools and technology to improve analytical team capabilities and Partner solutions
  • Develop, create, and support ad hoc customized reports and dashboards Maintain and support the use of Salesforce for the Global Partnerships Team Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all reports, dashboards and underlying

  • Build strong cross functional relationships with the UACF Media Leadership team 

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with a minimum 2+ years' experience in Analytics, Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
  • High integrity and proficient at communicating data stories in written and verbal form to wide audiences of varying levels of sophistication
  • Must be adaptive, flexible, and able to function effectively in a high-growth environment
  • Expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be professionally curious and a fast learner
  • Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Must have a team first mentality and strong desire to work collaboratively

Preferred Skilled:

  • Experience with data query and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau)
  • Experience in a high growth sales environment and salesforce automation tools
  • (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience with statistical packages (e.g., R, Python)
