Key Areas of Responsibility
- Drive improvements to the CrowdStrike trial-to-pay program by investigating how to improve experience for trial users through A/B testing, optimize processes, and improve conversions.
- Research and execute marketing and conversion tracking for CrowdStrike trial-to-pay program and present monthly and quarterly statistical reporting to multiple stakeholders.
- Work to streamline trial-to-pay provisions and actively interface with customers to address service questions and issues.
- Execute and evaluate growth opportunities across the complete customer journey, prioritize most impactful projects, and partner with engineering, analytics and marketing operations to define technical requirements and business impacts for each project.
- Collaborate with digital and corporate marketing to create multi-touch marketing programs that optimize cost per conversion across marketing channels.
- Introduce, train, and support the external partner community to implement the CrowdStrike trial-to-pay program.
- Be comfortable with taking ownership of and being accountable for the program management supporting the CrowdStrike trial-to-pay platform. Have demonstrated ability to tackle challenges head-on and solve problems with a curious and cost-efficient mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a business, economics, finance or technical discipline
- 3+ years of analyzing complex data sets and communicating key points via email, dashboards, and spreadsheets
- 4+ years of marketing experience including demand generation, inbound and outbound marketing with demonstrated revenue growth, preferably in a B2B environment with a focus on eCommerce.
- Strong working knowledge of several analytics, tracking, marketing and sales technology platforms, including Excel (advanced functions), Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SA 360, Bing Search, DV360, Adobe Analytics, Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads, Marketo, Eloqua, WordPress, Pathfactory, io and Salesforce.
