About the RoleCloudflare helps build the future of the Internet. We started Cloudflare to solve one half of every IT organization's challenge: how do you ensure the resources and infrastructure that you expose to the Internet are safe from attack, fast, and reliable. We saw that the world was moving away from hardware and software to solve these problems and instead wanted a scalable service that would work around the world.To deliver that, we built one of the world's largest networks. Today our network spans more than 200 cities worldwide and is within milliseconds of nearly everyone connected to the Internet. We have built the capacity to stand up to nation-state scale cyberattacks and a threat intelligence system powered by the immense amount of Internet traffic that we see.We are now expanding Cloudflare’s product offerings to solve the other half of every IT organization's challenge: ensuring the people and teams within an organization can access the tools they need to do their jobs and are safe from malware and other online threats. To do that, we released Cloudflare for Teams, a new platform built on Cloudflare’s network to secure users, devices, and data in organizations of any size. Cloudflare for Teams consists of two components: Cloudflare Access, built to replace VPNs and protect internally-managed applications, and Cloudflare Gateway, a comprehensive approach to ensuring that team members are protected from malware and other threats on the Internet.What you'll doYou will be the leader of Go-to-Market for Cloudflare for Teams. You will act as a GTM catalyst and will help the organization experiment and learn quickly across Pay-As-You-Go, Channel, Partnerships and Direct Sales. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Channel and PAYG functions in Cloudflare to develop and constantly refine the strategy while also driving the execution to meet a set of revenue, pipeline and usage goals. This is a highly visible and important role for the Cloudflare for Teams business during this rapid growth period. In this role you will shape the Go-to-Market of Cloudflare for Teams and you will help shape the products themselves working closely with product managers, designers and development teams. You will solve problems that have wide impact and significance, shaping the future of security on the Internet. 

We operate with very small teams of highly motivated and experienced people.

A suitable candidate will have exceptional understanding of GTM channels for new product offerings including establishing new teams across Sales and Marketing in fast moving start-up environments. They will have deep experience in experimentation and fast-learning with both early-stage and more established product offerings in the software industry. Strong candidates will have deep experience in cloud software, web marketing, online sales and in sales enablement for highly technical products. They will have experience launching new products in new companies, making smart decisions about where to spend scarce time, people and dollar resources. They will communicate with grace and empathy inside and outside of Cloudflare.Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

• 15+ years of experience in GTM roles for technology products
• Deep experience establishing GTM functions at high-growth companies
• Strong leadership skills spanning sales, marketing and channel organizations
• The ability to work in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment
• Experience working with customers, engineers, and designers
• Experience working on security products
• Exceptional people skills and empathy
• Excellent command of the English language
• A high degree of attention to detail
• A deep understanding of technical subjects and the Internet

Responsibilities

• This is a self-directed role where you will be expected to own GTM vision, strategy, direction, and day-to-day execution with a strong focus on revenue, pipeline and product usage goals: 
• Help contribute to crafting Cloudflare’s vision for the future of the Internet
• Define the way we go to market, learn from customer usage, iterate and improve
• Contribute to the Cloudflare for Teams vision and product strategy all up
• Work with customer-facing teams during and after sales cycles
• Communicate with peers, leadership, and customers
• Contribute to product roadmaps and their translation to revenue
• Make decisions and own outcomes
• Actively collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Channel, Partnerships and other functions across Cloudflare
