We are currently seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join our MineralSoft Onboarding Operations team in Austin, Texas. Performance Objectives:
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing multiple, concurrent implementation projects. Their primary responsibilities include:

• Communicate eagerly and proactively with customers during the onboarding phase
• Coordinate and schedule projects and tasks
• Facilitate internal cross-team collaboration
• Identify and mitigate project risks to seamlessly avoid roadblocks
• Prepare project status updates for management
• Verify customer deliverables and close projects on-time and in-scope
• Identify and implement continuous process improvement within a quickly scaling program

Competitive Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of hands-on project management experience
• An understanding of the Oil & Gas industry (Bonus: Direct experience in or knowledge of land and/or revenue mineral management)

• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the Project Management (PMBOK) principles

• Experience with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Aha!, etc.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Self-managing and self-starting: you know how to prioritize, focus, and get things done
