As the Information Security Program Manager, you will be a key member of the Information Security team, and will be responsible for the effective and timely delivery of our Information Security program, which embeds strong security controls to improve and protect the lives of our members. You will be responsible for ensuring accountability and defining standards for the delivery of the different tracts of Babylon’s Information Security Program, with moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk. You will enhance the Information Security organization’s efficiency through the streamlining of key processes and regular interaction with company stakeholders such as Engineering, HR, procurement, management and cross-functional business teams.Enter job/role specific opening

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Ensuring accountability for on-time & on-budget completion of deliverables based on InfoSec objectives & ad-hoc demand (for Information Security team, security control owners and relevant stakeholders)
• Establishing and enforcing team-wide standards for project planning, delivery and status reporting 
• Facilitating Information Security related boards & events
• Operating a framework for continuous learning and development that enhances InfoSec performance 
• Streamline key organizational processes to enhance InfoSec delivery efficiency, such as procurement, resource on/offboarding and demand & delivery management
• Facilitate budget sanity through the regular tracking of spend-pacing and management of ad-hoc demand needs
• Supporting project management efforts of strategic / large scale InfoSec initiatives 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• List job qualifications/r5+ years of program management experience with a proven track record of delivering business value, ideally in a technology or software development environment
• Experience with agile development and project management with lean principles
• Experience managing projects on a global scale across multiple time zones.
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information and excellent judgement, discretion and diplomacy.
• Experience working in the Information Security field or with Health Tech organizations - an advantage
