JOB TITLE: Integration Project Manager
What You Will Do
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the coordination and management of integration tasks for interfaces that support new data capabilities with Ascension. Support policies, procedures and standards for integration, maintenance, and security and privacy requirements.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Responsible for the planning and execution of the interface components for a project along with managing integration resources assigned.
2. Develop and maintain Project Plan as it relates to integration/interfaces. Maintain integration scope.
3. Track and manage integration related issues and risks.
4. Develop and maintain Interface Tracker for each project and product weekly Integration Status report. Maintain other status reporting as needed.
5. Conduct daily scrum meetings with integration resources and weekly/bi-weekly status meetings with integration resources assigned to each project.
6. Present large integration activations at National CAB for approval.
7. Assist in Go-Live Planning for interfaces, including transition of support to Operations and completing Transition Checklist.
8. Maintain project budget (if applicable).
9. Meet regularly with RAD team from your Market (if applicable).
10. Integration Point of Contact (POC) for projects from your Market (if applicable).

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Certifications, Registration or Licensure:
Professional Experiences

1. Must be familiar with HL7 standards and File transfer protocol knowledge
2. Must have experience in hospital or healthcare systems.
3. Must have proficiency in implementing and/or supporting major application packages in and outside of healthcare.
4. Experience with leading edge practices, tools, and technology as well as working in a regulated environment to include HIPAA and ITGC.
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Desired Knowledge and Education:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Management or similar
EXPERIENCE:
5 years experience
What You Will Need
Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience required.
• 5 years of experience preferred.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
