About your Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Learning and Development Specialist to help shape our customer and internal employee learning experience. The ideal candidate gets excited about the thought of creating content, and managing education initiatives to support our growing customer and employee base. As our third L&D hire, you will be instrumental in creating ways for our customers to get immediate and deep value from our product while supporting new Juniper Square employees so they can contribute as quickly as possible. 

What you'll do

• Create and maintain project planning documentation and content organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts and key stakeholders to effectively manage a varied set of education initiatives
• Translate content from technical to consumable states for internal and customer users
• Drive learning initiatives forward from scoping through completion
• Identify, create and maintain high-quality content for new and existing customers and internal employees within the Customer Success team
• Create mixed forms of content (video, webinar, text, slides) to provide for an impactful and exciting learning program
• Identify creative ways to enrich our internal and customer learning experiences

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creating and delivering organized and engaging learning content
• Ability to learn quickly and take on ambiguous and challenging new projects with excitement and enthusiasm
• Proven ability to successfully prioritize and manage wide set of projects
• Experience with instructional design and Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus
• Experience with creating supporting material/media (video, webinar, knowledge testing, etc)
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with an aptitude for explaining technical information
• Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, high level of attention to detail, and excellent follow through
• Passion for improving the learner experience 
• B.A. or B.S. degree
