The Legal Academy is also home to DISCO for Schools, our strategic educational partnership program for professors and students. 

The Program Manager will manage the DISCO for Schools program, a strategic initiative with significant linkages to our marketing organization, and will contribute to the development and delivery of legal education in multiple formats. Reporting to the VP of Customer and Talent Enablement, this role is a key member of the DISCO U team, and will partner with various functions to support the legal education of their team members and customers.

What You'll Do

• Bring your creative, resourceful, and whole self to your work to make a positive impact every day
• Create and execute a plan to enhance the reach and effectiveness of the DISCO for Schools program in support of DISCO brand, marketing, and educational objectives, working through a cross-functional team of volunteers
• Build strong relationships with law schools, paralegal organization and other educational institutions
• Support the creation and delivery of educational content included courses, CLE, webinars, reference guides, and videos
• Facilitate programs to multiple internal and external audiences including employees, customers, partners and DISCO for Schools students
• Partner with functional teams to understand their domain learning needs and create solutions in multiple formats that achieve measurable results
• Build collaborative partnerships with other internal legal experts at DISCO as subject matter experts for content creation
• Proficiently use standard and specialized tools for DISCO U and DISCO for Schools  (LMS, HRIS, G-suite, survey tools)
• Partner with DISCO U curriculum designers in the creation of educational materials and content

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Law degree
• Experience creating and delivering legal education
• Experience successfully leading projects
• Proven ability to build network of thought leaders and legal educators 
• Ability to travel up to 25% (in line with COVID practices)

• Internal/external consulting experience
• Experience in sales or marketing and building a network
• Experience working in legal field 
• Coaching certification/experience
• Elearning design and development skills
• Certification or equivalent experience in instructional/learning design
