About the team

You will join a highly motivated, rapidly growing, and hard-working Go-to-Market Enablement team that takes pride in developing our GTM team's skills. Our primary objective is to improve productivity, helping teams accelerate sales cycles and deliver more value for our customers.

Everyone on our team is based in one of our physical hubs. We look for people that want to build culture within these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, working in the office at least 3 days a week.

About the role

As the GTM Onboarding lead, you will be responsible for developing and improving our onboarding initiatives. You will own creating, defining and optimizing the 30-60-90 day onboarding experience. Your success will be measured by decreasing our new hire ramp. The ideal candidate is meticulous, has outstanding project management skills, loves facilitating learning sessions and is not afraid to launch, test, and iterate in an ever evolving environment. This role will eventually lead a small team and reports directly into the Head of GTM enablement.

What you’ll do

  • Build and define our global onboarding strategy for Miro’s GTM roles
  • Facilitate global bootcamps and build "train the trainer" materials to onboard new facilitators
  • Continuously audit and optimize our e-learning training modules housed in Miro’s LMS (Workramp), ensuring our on-demand content is interactive, up-to-date, and relevant
  • Collaborate with leadership to capture feedback and iterate programs as needed; Partner with managers to keep new hires on track against key ramping benchmarks
  • Apply sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Workramp, Guru to improve Miro’s Enablement programs

What you'll need

  • 5+ years experience in sales training, enablement, onboarding, or leadership; 3+ years in a Sales SaaS role preferred
  • Demonstrated ability of facilitating for groups ranging in sizes (from 2 to 200)
  • Strong program management skills, implementing and leading training initiatives end-to-end
  • Proven track record of building positive relationships across the business
  • Data analytics proficiencies, capable of interpreting and optimizing programs based on available data
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, flexible environment
  • Force Management, Command of the Message Certified is a plus, but not required
