Marketing Account Manager
Conversion Fanatics - Austin, TX
$48,000 - $65,000 a year DOE

Conversion Fanatics is a rapidly-growing conversion rate optimization agency in Austin, Tx and we're looking for a new Project Manager to manage our clients' optimization projects.

Our main purpose is deploying tools like Optimizely, Convert.com, Visual Website Optimizer, hotjar, and Conversion Rate Optimization strategies to increase our clients' top and bottom lines.

You will play a key role in managing client accounts, optimizing multiple client sites, managing a full CRO team, analyzing client performance metrics, critiquing client campaigns and landing pages, and making specific suggestions to drive improve the ROI of our clients' campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time availability
  • Must be in Austin
  • 2+ years CRO and A/B testing experience preferred
  • 1+ year Optimizely experience preferred
  • 2-3 years digital marketing project management experience
  • Strong technical understanding of common digital marketing technologies - Optimizely, google analytics, hot jar, crazy egg, autoresponders, etc.
  • Comfortable using google analytics and other digital analytics platforms
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Strong managerial skills - you will be managing small teams of 4-8 people
  • Able to manage multiple clients - you will be managing optimization projects for 6-12 clients at all times
  • Knowledge of digital ad platforms - Google Ad Words, Facebook advertising, youtube ads, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-starter
  • Quick learner

Responsibilities:

  • Discovery of bottlenecks and opportunities on client websites and campaigns
  • Develop test hypotheses and ideas
  • Attending client calls to discover optimization opportunities
  • Reporting findings to clients and our management team
  • Develop, enhance and maintain ongoing web analytics reports by collecting and integrating data from various sources
  • Provide insightful analyses and concrete optimization plans and suggestions to support our implementation and sales teams
  • Leverage data to gain insight into trends, user experience, and consumer behavior in order to drive the appropriate optimizations strategies for our clients
  • Preparation of presentations for clients and prospects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years experience with conversion rate optimization tools: Google Analytics, crazy egg, mix panel, kiss metrics, visual website optimizer, Optimizely, etc.
  • Experience with A/B testing and strong copywriting skills
  • Experience in analysis of web marketing campaigns, landing pages, sales funnels and website visitor behavior
  • Familiarity with current digital marketing trends
  • Quick learner, detail-oriented, strategically focused
  • Strong organizational, written communication and presentation skills
