Your Impact: This position's primary responsibility will be to work with DISCO’s marketing team to help build, develop, and support the marketing department’s infrastructure. This is an exciting role that will be key in the continued development and growth of DISCO’s Marketing team. This position will be located in Austin, TX, and will report to the Director of Business Operations.

What You'll Do

  • The core focus of the role will be to collaborate with the marketing department on various operational initiatives (digital strategy, lead scoring, lead routing, campaign automation, etc.) and help drive, enhance, and execute the operational success of the Marketing team
  • Manage all aspects of multiple projects to ensure the marketing program is aligned to the PMO and directly supporting the success of DISCO’s strategic business objectives
  • Develop and deliver metrics, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including the project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders (all-levels) 
  • Ideate, design, and develop continuous improvements to the Marketing framework, processes, reporting, etc. so that objectives are being effectively delivered upon 
  • Assist the Director of Business Operations with other strategic, tactical, and administrative projects, as required

Who You Are

  • 7-10+ years of program management or similar experience (i.e. project management, consulting, systems projects, OKR implementation, strategy. etc.) -- Ability to execute on a wide range of projects
  • Extensive experience with Marketing (technical and strategic). Understanding of key marketing systems (Pardot, SFDC, Influ2. TrustRadius, G2, etc.) 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to propose solutions given limited guidance
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, presentation, and communication (verbal & written)
  • Change & people agility; resourceful and quickly adapts to different and new ways of doing things
  • Openness to bi-directional feedback (active listening & speaking up) and the ability to apply them to improve individual and team performance
  • Strong ability to influence without authority
  • Keen interest in understanding how a business operates at all levels
  • Value a breadth of knowledge as opposed to depth of knowledge
  • Experienced in project management methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall

Even Better If You…

  • Possess an MBA
  • Have a finance or management consulting background
