About the Role:
The Senior P21 Implementation Customization Consultant participates in consulting engagements and assumes responsibility for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables. Assists aligned Project Manager with organizing and controlling tasks within the work plan. Uses requirements analysis, customer service expertise and software development skills in the latest technology and tools to create solutions that support implementations of Epicor Prophet 21. Takes a leadership position on project teams, engagements, and respective consulting practices. Works with clients on an independent basis for short-term engagements with little supervision.
What You Need to Succeed:

• Analyze requirements as well as clarify scope and breadth of work with Application Consultants and/or customer.
• Document and estimate development and deployment of customer projects - including quote, scope, design, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
• Follows coding standards.
• Perform acceptance testing during and throughout the development cycle.
• Perform demonstrations of project functionality to customers.
• Provides input on internal training materials.
• May write installation scripts and programs.
• Work independently on small to midsized projects.
• Interact with members of cross-functional teams.
• Identify issues and risks to Project Manager with suggested direction.
• Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget.
• Meet utilization targets.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with customers to obtain a deep understanding of customer needs and environments.

• Demonstrated knowledge of distribution, supply chain, light manufacturing, and/or accounting concepts.
• Knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21 Software preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally
• 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 2+ years of specialized/industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Software Development: Crystal Reports, .NET technologies, C#, RESTful services using JSON and OData, SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Database Development: Microsoft SQL Server.
