Partner End User Marketing Specialist
The Q2 MarketPlace Team currently has a great new opportunity available for a Partner End User Marketing Specialist who will be responsible to support the organization in driving adoption (acquisition, usage, retention) of Partner Marketplace products through the financial institutions to their end customers and members. This is an exciting new line of business created to extend Q2’s platform and offer a marketplace of third-party, Q2 and financial institution-built solutions to FIs as well as their consumer and business end-users.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate w/product marketing & data science to develop end-user segments by partner
Execute campaigns through the Q2 digital banking platform marketing system
Deploy ongoing test campaigns for continued optimization
Develop and maintain modular End-User Adoption programs to include the following:
Sales / Marketing enablement for the FI staff on overall Marketplace
Specific best practices for each FinTech partner:
Targeting criteria
Marketing programs
Pre-built creative libraries
Staff education & enablement
This can include any combination of written material, video content, or other delivery channel as is determined most effective
Work closely with internal teams on tailored recommendations for each client based on their unique combination of FinTechs
While much of this effort will be working with individual FIs and Fintechs; this role must operationalize all facets into scalable programs
Measure effectiveness of campaigns and developing simple reporting capabilities
Actively analyze performance by Fintech, by FI, & by campaign to optimize and refine programs
Develop & maintain a sustainable process for to integrate disparate marketing tool data inputs and analytics, as applicable
Work closely with Relationship Management teams on individual FI strategies and performance
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
BA or professional experience equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or project management experience
Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing and marketing automation
Aggressive attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service instincts to manage stakeholders, vendors, and clients
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Proven success in Financial Institution end-user marketing
Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to devise and drive solutions
