Platform Project Coordinator
The Platform Project coordinator closely coordinates efforts with the business development team and acts as the primary liaison between business development, product, engineering teams to enable the successful implementation of the overall platform extensibility program with SailPoint’s partners and alliances.
Candidates for this role must possess experience in handling complex programs and initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and possess excellent communications, facilitation and collaboration skills. The project specialist must be comfortable working at all levels across all departments necessary to achieve the goals of the overall extensibility program. Ideal candidates will also demonstrate a working knowledge of enterprise security and IT challenges and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business development team to enable partners to align with SailPoint product extensibility strategy
- Closely coordinate efforts with the product team, engineering team as well as marketing team to ensure the success of SailPoint’s partners and alliances use of SailPoint’s extensibility capabilities
- Track and project manage efforts around onboarding application vendors, enabling them and assisting with successful implementations
- Establish process to engage and enable partners to optimize development and deployment of connectors by third party developers
Requirements
- 2-3 years in relevant project/program management positions
- General working knowledge of IT industry structure, technical experience is a plus
- Expertise in project management, tracking, coordinating and reporting
- Excellent negotiation skills with win/win approach to relationship development
- Highly effective at multi-tasking and organizing multiple priorities, with sense of urgency and ability to execute
- Ability to measure and report on project progress in quantitative and qualitative terms
- Demonstrated success in developing, managing and evolving complex initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
Education: BA/BS required
Travel: This position requires approximately 10% travel
