Hyliion is looking for a highly motivated and energetic PMO Analyst to join our team in Cedar Park, Texas. Responsibilities:

• Monitor existing projects to ensure timely execution & completion.
• Closely follow project development and track that each stage is completed appropriately and within time and budget.
• Develop status reports to be delivered to the head of division and senior management.
• Reports on progress towards the project timeline and provides suggestions for solutions when challenges arise.
• Supports PMO in organization of cross-functional meetings.
• Publishes meeting minutes and action plans to senior leadership.
• Analyze data and project information to identify better ways to do business as well as new business opportunities.
• Subject matter expert in project and resource management tools – primary point of contact for technical advice and answering questions.
• Maintain and update SharePoint repository for PMO documentation and reports.
• Audits project documentation to ensure compliance to Hyliion standards.

Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline. Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years in the Automotive, Manufacturing and/or Electronics Industry.  Commercial Vehicle experience preferred.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.  Experience with program co-ordination/administration.
• Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities.
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.

Work Environment:

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• For the most part, ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional equipment as found in a typical office.
