Your Impact

In this role, you will manage programs and projects that have a direct impact on the overall company strategy. You will use a combination of data and technology to drive operational excellence, in addition to building cross-functional strategies that help drive revenue. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage programs and projects, negotiating trade-offs, determining and committing to the right scope, schedule, and budget to deliver winning business results in support of the division’s strategic plan
  • Drive and track all day-to-day project work, making sure that risks are proactively assessed and mitigated, problems are rapidly identified and resolved, leveraging project management tools and techniques to deliver on commitments and in some instances adhere to specific regulatory requirements
  • Lead project communications and stage-gate approval reviews, providing clear and concise written and verbal communication to all levels of the project team and stakeholders, and tailoring style to a broad range of audiences and situations, including senior executives
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and design scalable processes for information and context sourcing for strategic decision making
  • Manage a cross-functional launch team adhering to launch excellence principles

  • Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Effective program management skills and demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic initiatives
  • Ability to understand business/stakeholder requirements and project manage complex projects
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent clarity and critical thinking skills, supported by a robust analytical skillset
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills to influence and communicate with all levels of management
  • High-energy self-starter that thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Data management and excel expertise
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Comfortable in strategic and execution roles
  • You have a four-year college degree

Even Better If You Have…

  • Have a MS/MBA and/or PMP certification
  • Have experience in managing product launch activities across a broad stakeholder set
