The Program Manager is an essential member of the Coaching Team and is responsible for the flawless management and administration of Coaching programming, including 1:1 coaching engagements, Coaching Office Hours, group coaching cohorts and more. All W2O employees are working remote for the rest of 2020; once the offices re-open, this position can be in our Florham Park, NJ office or our New York City office.

The work you’ll do:

  • Partner with the Coach & Program Lead and Head Coach on planning, preparation, and implementation of Coaching programs.
  • Ensure flawless implementation of key coaching processes to support the Coaching Team, including signing up participants for programs, client onboarding, tracking participation, confidential data collection, client engagement surveys and the like.
  • Communicate with employees and managers at every level of the organization to help increase understanding of and engagement with our Coaching programs.
  • Support the Coaching Team to create reports and business intelligence that demonstrate the value of Coaching Programming and its positive impact on retention, engagement, and performance.
  • Support the Coaching Team with recruitment of additional coach specialists and external coaching partners.
  • Assist the Coaching Team to continuously measure, evaluate, and improve Coaching programs.

Skills, abilities, and qualifications required for the role:

  • Undergraduate degree or 5+ years of HR, administrative, or project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of and commitment to coaching as a people-centered methodology, including an understanding of and commitment to coaching skills and confidentiality.
  • Experience planning, implementing, and facilitating large-scale programs and events.
  • Must be self-motivated, highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong follow-up/follow-through skills.
  • Experience working in creative and diverse environments and promoting values of diversity and inclusion.
  • Ability to anticipate potential issues at an early stage.
  • Ability to evaluate and change priorities as needed.
  • Ability to perform efficiently within a high-pressure, fast-paced team environment.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity with a newly formed team that will scale with the organization.
  • As much EQ as IQ with excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Optimism, pro-activity, creativity, gravitas, and a high metabolism for multiple projects.
  • Excellent administrative skills including expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • High aptitude with business intelligence and leveraging data strategically.
