Program Manager, LMS

RigUp is hiring a Program Manager, LMS that will be responsible for building an end to end Learning Management Solution including implementation, design, training, assets, hierarchical structure, audit paths, and dashboards. What you'll be doing
- Identify implementation objectives, performance outcomes, and evaluative strategies to deliver digital content
- Manage course launches in collaboration with cross functional leadership, Instructional Designers, SME, and Sales Enablement
- Subject matter expert for the learning platform providers to ensure successful delivery
- Be the voice of the end customers, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of our efforts and help our team iterate and improve on our digital learning offering
- Regularly collect information about needs of all teams to support the successful adoption and implementation the elearning platform
What you should have
- 3+ years of experience in corporate learning and development directly working with Learning Management Systems, educational technology tools, accessibility, and compliance
- 3+ years of experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial startup and/or corporate culture
- Demonstrated experience managing implementation of LMS systems, online learning materials and content to include online/e-learning modules, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio), and other digital training materials
- Team Player who leads with kindness in all that they do
- Ability to effectively work in a highly ambiguous environment and within cross-functional teams across the organization
- Passion for elearning and corporate education
- Demonstrated experience writing a variety of documents, including: training course outlines and content, written tests/assessments and other documents necessary to execute a train-the-trainer approach
