We are looking for a Program Manager to support Product and Engineering development across multiple teams at RetailMeNot. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business partners to ensure launch requirements are understood, defined, and managed for key initiatives. You have experience using Agile and Scrum software development methodologies in a Product Management environment. You know how to build end-to-end project plans that incorporate engineering sprint plans, design criteria, go-to-market tasks, risks, and associated dependencies. You will also be responsible for coordinating and aligning teams across Product and Engineering, and enjoy optimizing existing and developing processes that are efficient and effective.

Who You Are

• You have 1-3 years of program or project management experience in Product Management or Engineering
• You've used Jira, Confluence, and Jira Portfolio - bonus points if you have led a Jira Portfolio implementation
• You've built burn-down reports and dashboards in Jira to assess project status across multiple engineering squads
• You have had hands-on experience working in an Agile delivery organization and familiarity with Agile principles/practices
• You have experience with Big Room Planning or Release Planning
• You have proven expertise in facilitating cross-functional meetings that include and engage remote teams
• You've got extensive experience building project management plans
• You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• You've got excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and writing skills
• You lean into challenging situations
• You build positive relationships up, down, and across the organization
• You have past experience as Scrum Master (a plus)
• You are certified in SAFe (Scaled Agilist), PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

What You'll Do

• Own product development plans across all engineering squads
• Drives cross-functional alignment across Product Management and Engineering
• Creates and maintains project boards, templates, and documentation in Jira and Confluence
• Participates in defining new processes and improving existing processes
• Provide Agile mentorship and training to Scrum Masters and other internal teams as needed
• Operates key processes to support Engineers and Product Managers in Release Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other activities
• Serve as needed tactical project manager for high priority initiatives
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Facilitate action, resolve conflicts and blockers, business partnerships and communicate constantly
