We are looking for a Program Manager to oversee all product lines under the RetailMeNot Rewards program at our office in sunny, downtown Austin. We are the top savings destination in the U.S. and are embarking on an ambitious vision to redefine savings for the digital age. You have a rare blend of technical and business savvy; a big-picture vision, and the dedication to make that vision a reality.

In this role, you will support the VP of Product and Rewards Product and Engineering teams in planning operations from strategy to execution. We need this person to build project plans from partner requirements and be a natural at facilitating cross-functional team discussions and guiding strategic conversations. You will work closely with business partners to ensure launch requirements are understood, defined, and managed across all initiatives. You will also be responsible for defining and organizing our Engineering dependencies and coordinating non-technical work across 4-5 departments. You should be willing to take action, passionate about leading change, and have a strong sense of ownership. 

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of experience in program/project management in the technology sector (experience in a Product Management environment is preferred)
  • You've used data such as user behavior analytics and profit and loss statements to drive decisions
  • You're able to resolve conflict on working teams by seeking to understand and surfacing root causes
  • You've demonstrated experience facilitating and owning all aspects of large cross-functional meetings at the individual contributor and executive level
  • You have extensive experience creating project management plans
  • You've got experience working in an Agile delivery organization and familiarity with Agile principles/practices
  • You have experience with configuring and using Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Jira Portfolio or similar collaboration tools
  • You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • You're an excellent communicator and have solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • You embrace and seek innovation
  • You lean into challenging situations
  • You build collaborative relationships up, down, and across the organization
  • You're passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
  • You're a certified SAFe (Scaled Agilist), PMP (Project Management Professional), or ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)

What You'll Do

  • Support all products lines and related projects under our Rewards program
  • Lead Rewards Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) programs and projects
  • Create executive presentation templates and reports for planning and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Provide executive-level tactical updates on Rewards projects
  • Follow-through to ensure project teams are aligned and working optimally to bring Rewards products to market
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product Management, Product Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Sales
  • Build and maintain project templates and documentation
  • Drive accountability based on roles and responsibilities of the Product Manager, Program Manager, and Engineering Manager
  • Facilitate action, resolve conflicts, maintains relationships and communicate constantly
