Project Coordinator
Description
This position (part of our Professional Services) team is responsible for coordinating the initiation phase of Professional Services projects for our customers, including direct interaction with Client Project Managers and stakeholders, as well as internal Services Management and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure that customers have performed all of the tasks required to prepare for a Professional Services project
· Serve as a primary point of contact for the customer prior to project start
· Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services Managers and Project Managers to ensure smooth project initiation, handoff and start
· Assist with review and provide recommendations for modifications to internal project coordination processes
· Provide regular status updates on client progress to SailPoint Services Management

Education:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
