About You

 Medici is seeking a Project Manager for a temporary assignment to manage the roll out of Medici technology to its enterprise accounts. These larger accounts include clinics with multiple doctors, multi-location doctor offices and other larger implementations. The ideal candidate will have SaaS project management experience with specific focus on managing projects professionally, with a high attention to detail and making the client feel supported. To be successful you will be comfortable with project management tools, be a good communicator and be able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-changing environment.

Your Responsibilities 
  • Play a key role in the initial training, project management, and delivery of on-boarding services for our clients
  • Ability to quickly learn about the products capabilities and client demands
  • Expert at building, and maintaining important project documentation outlining scope, cost, schedule, solution, risks, and issues
  • Ability to influence and drive projects without having direct reports
  • Provide excellent project management by keeping the project on track and communicating professionally throughout
  • Work with teams to resolve any roadblocks to the project’s success
  • Manage the portfolio of on-boarding projects with a diverse set of clients
  • Facilitate decision making on project priorities while effectively balancing multiple needs and drive communication channels with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate across multiple teams including Sales, Client Success & Product
  • Ability to perform key roles within the agile methodology
Your Qualifications 
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on SaaS implementation, in a client-facing role
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
  • Works well in a remote team setting
  • Strong communication skills to internal and external audiences, technical and non-technical people, and to various levels in the organization
  • Very organized, strong time management and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously drive projects forward, rallying the team members using your positive attitude and proactive communication
  • Experience with project planning software eg. MS Project, SmartSheets.
