Role Description

The Project Manager, Integrated Intelligence, Marketing Research role is primarily responsible for supporting primary market research and integrated analytics projects. This individual will work within the market research team to simultaneously manage multiple projects, coordinating and managing project budgets, timelines, administrative duties such as SOWs and finance reconciliation at project closure, vendor management, and communications to internal and external clients.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be detail oriented, a team player, have strong organizational skills and the ability to build and maintain business relationships. A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of project management experience in the primary market research setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the success of projects assigned as project management lead

  • Written and verbal communication with internal team, and vendors

  • Proactively develop strategies to resolve recruitment issues

  • Manage fieldwork costs to a pre-planned budget, flagging any issues throughout the project lifecycle

  • Analyze recruitment progress daily and provide status updates to clients and internal team members

  • Lead project set up including screener editing, memo, respondent profiles and payment requests

  • Manage team staffing challenges

  • Coordinate and manage timelines across multiple large-scale projects, working closely with the internal team to ensure milestones are met

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years professional experience working directly in a market research project management capacity; relevant professional certifications (e.g., graduate degrees and industry-specific certificates) are a plus, but not required

  • Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree

  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry required

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects is required

  • Experience managing multiple vendors in multiple time zones preferred

  • Substantiated mastery of qualitative and quantitative project timelines

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word

  • Proficiency with Workflow, Flow, or Smartsheet a plus
