Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming candidates have eligible working rights and a sufficient timezone overlap with their team. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager capable of driving impactful outcomes to the SMB team's global production systems, processes, and tools. If you like to roll up your sleeves to execute on deliverables with precision, then this is the role for you!
Some example techniques/ concepts you'll need to be experienced with are:

-Task management and scheduling
-Cross-department coordination
Some of the systems you'll use are:
-Jira
-Confluence
You'll work together with managers, team leads, analysts, and subject matter authorities to deliver impactful outcomes to the organization. You'll participate in multiple concurrent high-visibility projects and support occasional ad hoc needs from your internal customers.
You will help drive the major programs of work throughout the team. You'll bring order and focus while leaving room for flexibility and innovation. You bring infectious urgency to those around you, you'll be a mentor, multiplier, influencer, negotiator and awesome communicator rolled into one.
On your first day, we'll expect you to:
-Have a minimum 3 years of experience in managing projects
-Lead multiple SMB projects that include transition of services, process improvements, transformation and automation, new program design, etc.
-Develop detailed project roadmap, documentation, and measure project performance using various tools and techniques.
-Define project scope, success criteria, role and responsibilities, and connect with the team throughout project life cycle.
-Build and maintain relationships with all partners - SMB managers, Team Leads, Service Teams and other business partners to drive projects and initiatives.
-Independently handle SMB projects creating scalable processes, ensuring the alignment with company strategy, commitments and goals.
-Manage the week-to-week planning rigor to help teams keep their eye on the quarterly OKR goals, driving the cadence of check-in, remediation, and update cadence for SMB.
-Proactively handle project risk, issues and dependencies, and report the project status to the SMB Managers.
-Support SMB Managers in cross work-stream project management and all related activities.
-Proactively handle and communicate ongoing changes in project scope.

You know how to gather, author, and interpret business requirements, and can resolve potential requirement conflicts among senior partners with grace and clarity.
When you encounter a problem you come up with multiple solutions, weigh the trade-offs and efforts, identify the best path forward, and exercise good judgment to drive ahead. You have experience in change management and turning information and questions into action. You're comfortable interacting with people across all levels of an organization and can field questions during a presentation like a pro.
You can quickly learn and be impactful in new areas to keep pace with our rapid growth and evolution. You can take an ambiguous assignment and deliver value quickly. You employ multiple tools, methods, and techniques to get things done.
Key Skills:
-Delivery-focused approach with the aim to solve problems
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining careful attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple projects independently with different stakeholder groups, with minimum supervisory intervention
-Excellent communication skills with the prowess to explain business problems, concepts and issues to a varied audience
-Prior experience in using project management tools and methods
-Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, presentation, and critical thinking skills
