Project Manager
Job Description
SecureLink is seeking a Project Manager that will be responsible for the coordination of implementation and lifecycle projects for customers, as well as tracking, reporting, and escalating issues with deployments and shepherding the project from kickoff to completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clearly defines and documents projects for customer deployments
- Sends weekly email updates to customer summarizing open items and next steps
- Meets weekly with customer stakeholder and internal technical resources to advance progress on deployment
- Meets weekly to provide updates and escalate issues to account, technical, and project management stakeholders
- Records meeting minutes for all weekly meetings and provides them to customer stakeholderS
- Records milestone dates and other project updates for metrics and tracking
- Meets monthly with executive management to review global implementation statuses
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience working with projects in technology or similar field, including 1 year of experience coordinating or managing teams in a project-related setting
