Khoros  is seeking a Project Manager to join the Product Portfolio Management (PPM)team. This team is responsible for guiding our product investment strategy,managing our data-driven approach to making product decisions, and ensuring ourproduct investments are achieving sufficient ROI.

 

The Product Portfolio Management Project Manager will support the PPMteam and the broader Product Organization by providing and managing our methods, processes, tools, and artifacts to ensureconsistency and efficiency across all of the product management organization. This is a critical role within our team.Khoros has a start-up mentality, will take smart risks, adapt & iteratequickly, and solve important problems. We are looking for someone who ispassionate about creating scalable and highly effective processes that spanacross the business.

 

What you'll be doing:

Develop and iterate on our end-to-end product lifecycleprocesses with a focus on building scalable, data-driven processes.

Responsible for shaping the idea management development process,defining success criteria, and ensuring the program is adhered to.

Working collaboratively with product management and productmarketing to create robust early adopter and launch programs.

Work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensureinternal and external readiness for product launches.

Communicate impact, challenges, roadblocks, insights fromproduct launches effectively and concisely to appropriate audiences andstakeholders.

Work with Product Managers to define plans and strategies forindividual product lines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to alignand achieve those plans

Coordinate effective customer communications regarding platformchanges, enhancement and/or new releases.

Identify and implement process improvements for the functionalareas where engaged. Ensure a consistent and shared understanding of bestpractices across teams and functions.

Establishprocesses for measuring and reporting product/feature performance

Drive non-product area product rollouts. For example, networkchanges that impact roadmap

 

Whatyou'll need:

Bachelorsof Science in Business or related field

Provenability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment

Youquickly establish partnerships across various stakeholders

Experiencewith project planning, project execution, and process facilitation

Loveof data and the insights that it provides

Abilityto make data-driven decisions without succumbing to "analysis paralysis"

Excellentwritten, communication, and presentation skills (communicate your insights)

Greatwork ethic: You have excellent time management skills, results driven,attention to detail and follow-through

Self-starter:You have excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail andare able to manage multiple assignments
