The Role
Overhaul is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team with a proven track record of managing complex projects and developing key performance indices to manage progress. This role will report directly to our Chief Transformation Officer. The successful candidate will have experience in but not limited to: outlining detail project plans, producing metrics, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and preparing executive summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
You will coordinate with customers, engineering, operations and customer service to ensure all aspects of each project are well coordinated with workstream dependencies clearly outlined and defined. Ideally you will come from a project management background with experience in running projects using formal project methodologies and relevant software.
The Project Manager is also responsible for drafting documentation such as user manuals, training materials, presentations, and other documents. The successful candidate must be comfortable multi-tasking and working with a team in a remote, teleworking environment, have strong organizational skills and comfortable with technology.

This is a remote, work from home position. Some travel may be required.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Defines project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with client stakeholders and business partners.
- Designs and implements processes to monitor and control resources, risks and value to Business Objectives.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and develop protocols to detect issues that could impede project success.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to include spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Identifies, clarifies and communicates project vision, goals and objectives and how these support client strategic objectives
- Monitor project variables (Time, Cost, Scope, Risk) and communicate the status to General Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Requirements:
- 2-5 Year’s demonstrated experience in project management or relevant experience specific to managing complex programs associated with Client Success or Operations organization.
- Excellence in strategic planning and establishing business, client and team goals and ensuring successful goal achievement by designing key performance indices
- Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
- Conflict management skills
- Ability to demonstrate a logical approach to work and be able to quickly build a rapport with team members and customers alike
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, flexible, able to follow through, and can work under pressure with associated deadlines
- Ability to successfully operate in a fast paced, multi-time zone team environment
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Project, Asana, and other project management related software.
- Proficiency with mapping software like LucidChart, and MindManager.
