Project Manager
Summary
The successful candidate will contribute meaningfully while gaining exposure to all facets of Aristocrat's global business. The CXS PMO is a critical component, so you need to be execution and delivery focused with proven leaderships skills that allow you to establish a culture of collaboration. Your contribution to the directives of this role will allow the company to be a high-performance environment and deliver a robust and exciting gaming experience to our customers.
What you'll do

• Owns the successful delivery of the portfolio through effective project management to ensure Business success for the CX organization, team and the Company
• Lead a cross-functional team of diverse stakeholders and will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of product delivery to commercialization
• Leverage operational excellence, leading cross organizational and functional teams to deliver programs on time and on budget from "concept to final launch"
• Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, tracking and successful execution of various product development programs for the business
• Facilitate and drives in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams
• Serves as the visible functional leader of large-scale, cross-functional new product development programs (and/or leadership "hub" for multiple, smaller affiliated projects) from initial concept, through development and verification/validation testing, and product launch
• Provides subject matter expertise and guidance across the business on effective execution of project plans, management of expectations, and conflict resolution
• Proven results working in a distributed team environment, where coordinating efforts across multiple teams was critical to success
• Manage and communicate program/project risks and issues
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders on progress of the programs/projects
• Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to leadership team

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of extensive experience in Project/Program management in a global organization
• Extensive experience in full life cycle of project management, including planning, budgeting, estimating
• Good project management skills including experience in planning, executing and controlling mid-size projects with large volume
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Well versed with Agile methodologies as well as more traditional project management
• PMP or CSM certification is preferred
