Project Manager
How You’ll Support Our Mission
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager of Healthcare Onboarding (HDE & EHR), you will be an integral part of our implementation team. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating Healthcare implementation projects according to proposed timelines and budgets. You will assign duties, manage, and provide feedback to project team members. You have the proven ability in working with cross-functional teams and with customers to drive clear priorities and requirements for executing against the product roadmap. You are responsible for providing Project Management services and leadership, industry insight, and product knowledge to the customer.
The successful candidate is passionate about building relationships with customers and manage them through all aspects of a project life cycle as you balance technology and business goals to define customer solutions. The individual will also work with customers to facilitate meetings, workshops, and product seminars as well as participate in demonstrations and presentations for customers, tradeshows, and user groups.
What You’ll Be Doing - the day to day
Create and maintain project plans and schedules for individual projects as assigned, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Identify and address implementation risks to remove project roadblocks and engage appropriate internal escalation resources.
Measure and monitor progress of project deliverables to ensure project success.
Establish and maintain relationships with the stakeholders, and coordinate work between different internal ESO teams (e.g., Product, Development, Testing), within different locations and time zones.
Work with customer Project Manager and key resources to ensure project success.
Assure that our partners (customers) feel heard, taken care of and most of all that the products and services you deliver take them to a place of success they couldn’t get to without us.
Develop new processes and recommend improvements to all procedures to ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Dashboard reporting on projects and escalation to Senior Management as needed.
Travel to customer and non-customer sites (international customer base).
Who You Are - the essentials
3 – 5 years of Project Management experience.
Formal training in Project Management (e.g. PMP) and/or solid understanding of Project Management principles.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-facing experience.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills.
Preferred knowledge of Salesforce, MS Project, Visio, Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
Experience in delivering product training to customers considered a strong asset.
Experience in business analysis, process definition and continual improvement analysis is considered a strong asset.
Experience with Healthcare technology implementation is considered a strong asset.
Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
