Khoros is now seeking a Recruiting Program Specialist to help us develop and manage recruitment projects and programs. You will play a pivotal role as a brand ambassador to expand our internal and external footprint. You will join a Recruiting team that's passionate and committed to providing exceptional candidate experiences - applying strategic, innovative recruitment strategies designed to deliver a world-class organization.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop outreach programs and sustain relationships with university leaders
  • Manage our Khoros Internship Program (KIP) and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience all the way through post-internships
  • Create and own recruitment training initiatives and resources for hiring managers and interview panels
  • Partner with Khoros' Brand & Marketing team to promote Employment Branding
  • Effectively build and engage with talent communities through social media outlets and local groups and meetups
  • Proactively work to coordinate recruitment events and engagements
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish and/or design a tailored recruiting approach at designated universities to achieve demand
  • Leverage recruiting knowledge, recruitment results and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
  • Research and implement the best way/tools to identify and attract top talent
  • Attend events, job fairs and meet-ups to increase employer brand awareness + generate additional leads


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, and/or Program Management at high-growth companies, ideally in the enterprise software/SaaS industry
  • Previous experience leading campus and internship recruiting initiatives as well as DE&I recruitment
  • Strong communication (written/verbal) skills
  • Proactive individual with willingness to build a program with autonomy
  • Must have a sense of urgency, expert at managing multiple tasks, deadlines and projects
  • Detail oriented, high level of follow through pertaining to processes and procedures
  • Strong multi-tasker. You have the ability to manage multiple requisitions across multiple disciplines and locations.
  • People person. Networking and building relationships are what keeps you going.
  • You're naturally curious and driven. Ability to source passive talent and tailor your efforts to different individuals and company needs.


The budget for this role is up to $80k base salary range with a 10% Bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
