About Us & Why We're Hiring
We're changing the way people connect to social care programs.

As a RFP Specialist, you’ll play an integral role in fulfilling findhelp’s mission; in your day-to-day, you’ll work closely with Sales and other internal teams to prepare proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs) from healthcare, government, nonprofit, and social service/health equity organizations and collaboratives. Your role will center around writing and gathering information to create compelling proposals, including incorporating findhelp strategies to best meet the RFP objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Answer proposal questions, ensuring accurate content, standard formatting, and strategic emphases while meeting internal and external deadlines
- Reach out to team members (Customer Success, Community Engagement, Product, Security, etc.) for help in completing or reviewing RFP answers
- Manage specific parts of the RFP response process including completing the Plan and Strategy docs; writing standard sections of the proposal; writing use cases relevant for specific proposals; tracking completion of proposal sections such as pricing, plans/schedules, and references; and preparing all needed communication and supplemental documents for proposal submission
- Take ownership and assist with the entire RFP process as we work with others to ensure an excellent proposal product—from Kick-Off to proposal submission
- Assist with building and maintaining an “Answers Repository” for use by our RFP Team and others at findhelp
- Proactively seek out and document updated Product and Services information to be used in proposals
- Update RFP Team content on internal workspace/wiki
- Assist Sales with non-RFP questionnaires and prospect proposals, as needed
Who You Are:
- A positive and service-oriented person with, preferably, 5 years experience in B2B writing and project management
- A writer with superior writing and research skills, preferably with RFPs or other proposals (although this is not required)
- A project manager with superior project management and organizational skills who maintains attention to detail while working on multiple projects
- An experienced contributor able to learn new technologies quickly who, ideally, is familiar with SaaS application support requirements
- An independent staff member who is able to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- A steady presence who is comfortable with change and able to take charge to find answers when there is ambiguity
Perks at findhelp:
- 401k & stock options
- Free food and onsite gym
- Paid maternity/paternity leave
- Competitive PTO & 10 paid holidays
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Pet-friendly office with attached dog park
