You will be at the heart of SailPoint's SaaS engineering process, advocating for quality from the earliest stages of design, through to continuous delivery to the Cloud. You will strive to understand customer needs in the field of Identity Governance and champion process improvements which further those needs.
Responsibilities
- Understand identity governance customer use cases, past, present, and future.
- Learn and master SailPoint’s identity governance SaaS solutions.
- Advocate for quality horizontally across the SaaS organization, coordinating security, performance, usability and other testing efforts.
- Imagine and communicate ways to improve the identity governance experience.
- Design and execute usability and functional tests.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent graduates or candidates early in their career encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication & organizational skill to coordinate between teams.
- Experience diagnosing issues or testing in any sort of complex environment.
- Knowledge of PCs and/or Macs and mobile devices.
- Degree in any technical or business discipline.
