Sales Program Manager
What you’ll do…
As the Sales Program Manager you will be at the epicenter of critical projects and programs for our Worldwide Sales Organization. The Program Manager will serve as a project manager for key initiatives and programs across the Sales organization, working cross functionally to ensure completion of tasks and deliverables. Established programs will be managed through this role, including supporting necessary evolution to align with the needs of our business.
This individual will also be responsible for partnering with our startup business units to assist in creating operational processes and best practices, allowing the leaders of those teams to focus on building their business. In this capacity, the Program Manager will work cross functionally to gain alignment, build processes or establish policies to support the startup team.
The Sales Program Manager will also be responsible for communication to the sales organization on a monthly cadence ensuring that the team has received relevant information regarding updates or changes in the business. The information from the newsletter will be obtained through working with other points of contact across the business.
Skills you have…
- You have 2-3 years of experience in an operational role.
- You should have strong written and verbal skills, with a demonstrated ability to align cross functional resources.
- You should have 2+ years in project management.
