Dealerware is looking for a full-time Scrum Master to jump in and make big contributions to our efforts to always deliver the highest quality product possible. As a servant-leader, the Scrum Master leads dedicated teams to deliver business value through their development and delivery execution. You must be able to build trusted relationships with the team and with their stakeholders to ensure the needs of all team members are met.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication and facilitation skills, are well organized, and exhibit above average follow-up and follow-through skills. They facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution.
As a Scrum Master II, you will:
● Encourage Agile behaviors, reinforce practices, norms, ceremonies, and support the overall team performance and efficiency
● Create an environment whereby the team is motivated, self-organizing and self-sufficient
● Organize and facilitate effective Scrum rituals: backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
● Encourage your teams to routinely inspect and adapt
● Identify and facilitate the removal of team impediments and escalate as appropriate
● Partner closely with Product Managers to develop, manage, and continuously groom the team’s product backlog and assist with planning and grooming activities
● Facilitate cross-team coordination and resolve conflict to empower collaboration between developers and departments
● Able to identify company/department-level Agility gaps/problems and collaborate with Agility team, and partners, to drive solutions
● Drive a reciprocal and encouraging team culture through team building and engagement practices
● Help teams assess the overall health of their Agile practices and culture to identify opportunities to improve and provide coaching to make those improvements
● Identify, track, and share effective metrics for things that forecast delivery

Required qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience performing the Scrum Master for 2 or more software development teams utilizing SDLC
● 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Lean, etc.) and toolsets (Atlassian suite, etc.)
Even better if you have (strongly preferred):
● Bachelor’s degree
● First level Scrum Master Certification (CSM), or equivalent
● Experience with the administration of the Atlassian product suite
● Experience with SAFe or LeSS (scaled agile frameworks)
● Experience with design-driven development
