About the Role:

• The Project Manager is responsible for assisting customers in the Prepare, Plan, Design, Validate, and Deploy phases of implementation for the Epicor Retail Eagle product.
• What You'll Do:
• Project Manage approximately 10-15 implementations
• Responsible for high utilization (65%) and customer satisfaction
• Build project plans and schedule resources
• Provide best practice Project Management Monitor and Control coaching to customers
• Prepare and use management deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Requests and Project Lists, etc.) to conduct the Project
• Perform Weekly customer status calls
• Maintain regular contact with the Client Project Champion, providing the status of project progress
• Provide Project Risk Analysis to customer
• Notify the Client Executive Sponsor and the Client Project Manager of non-resolvable issues and submit recommendations to resolve them
• Maintain overall control of the schedule, budget and scope
• Ensure project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed-upon requirements
• Ensure sufficient resources and funding are available for executing all project activities
• Track project issues and work with appropriate parties resolve them
• Track the status of deliverables and any decisions made regarding Project Change Requests and outstanding issues
• Ensure commitments and changes to commitments are negotiated with affected groups
• Champion and adhere to corporate solution implementation methodology
• Assist with development of Project Management disciplines as required

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years software implementation experience
• Proven success in software project implementation and deployment
• High level of proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in managing stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage project risk
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• No restrictions on ability to obtain visas for travel outside of country of residence
• PMP Certification or the ability to obtain PMP certification within the first 12 months in the position
• Up to 25% travel
