The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for crafting and implementing a purchasing strategy to build a sustainable, repeatable procure-to-invoice process, improve price to value with vendors, and support business partners in meeting their sourcing needs. This is a new role where you will have the chance to create something new and make a lasting impact in driving value for our US and International teams.

The Day to Day

• Design and build a new Procurement function for the company.
• Set the strategic roadmap, follow-through with clear execution, and monitor through meaningful metrics.
• Improve and own the procurement lifecycle including: strategic sourcing, contract preparation, negotiation and administration, and procurement systems implementation
• Identify and execute cost savings and risk mitigation opportunities through vendor sourcing, contract terms and process optimization
• Provide guidance and direction to business partners at all levels on purchasing processes, vendor management and negotiation strategies
• Partner with the Accounts Payable, Legal, Accounting and FP&A teams to ensure accurate payment and month-end close cycles

Your Expertise and Passion

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (MBA a plus)
• Minimum 8 years of similar experience. Previous experience with a SaaS technology company is highly desirable.
• Experienced in Procurement standard methodologies and an ability to put the right systems in place to help grow our business and build to scale.
• Strong analytical, change management, task/project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work reciprocally and work in a dynamic, demanding environment where flexibility is imperative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Excellent time and project management skills – can oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced business culture.
