We’re looking to add a Senior Scrum Master to our global Program Management team. In this role, you will work across multiple teams within R&D and provide servant leadership to the engineering teams delivering high tech software for our customers.

Responsibilities

Some Responsibilities Include: 

• Facilitating the adoption, implementation and sustainability of Agile processes, principles, and practices.
• Leading the scaling of Agile from team level to an enterprise level. This will include supporting Agile teams in their development, playbook creation, and establishing consistent best practices.
• Providing hands-on team guidance, support, and coaching in close cooperation and collaboration across all roles and functions, to facilitate increasing maturity at a sustainable pace.
• Actively building and contributing to the company’s Agile Community and helping develop Communities of Practice, including defining relevant metrics
• Collaborating with non-Agile teams, educating and helping support them throughout transformation.
• Performing ongoing assessments of the teams’ Scrum maturity to inform ongoing support decisions.
• Establishing collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and building trust to ensure leadership buy-in across the team and organization.
• Acting as a strategic partner in organizational road mapping and structuring to drive increased ROI, greater adoption and higher transformation success.
• Ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with 2-3 years of Scrum Master experience in a software product development environment
• Good working knowledge of development tools such as Jira, Confluence, BI tools like Tableau, Domo, etc.
• Agile Certifications such as CSM or PSM is required
• Demonstrated experience managing Agile projects and very good understanding of software engineering practices
• Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor the team to adopt agile best practices
• Excellent change management skills to ensure adoption of some of the Agile practices within the organization
