Senior Solutions Consultant
Q2 is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant who can articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users as well as identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. The Q2 Solutions Consultants are also responsible for assessing the viability, indicative profitability, and delivery risk exposure of any given sales opportunity. Finally, the Solutions Consultant must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the development and delivery of product demonstrations for Q2 Lending, Treasury Onboarding and Business Account Opening solutions to Banks, CUs and Alt FIs
Support Q2 marketing efforts around webinars, campaigns, trade shows/exhibiting, speaking, and our user conference
Responsible to proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
Coordinate closely with internal sales, product, and Services resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
Opportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities within customer firms
Act in a variety of roles in client engagements, including lead presenter, co-presenter, documenter, and observer
Assist creating and reviewing RFI/RFP responses
Communicate internally about client customizations, prioritization, and relationship to standard product
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
MS or BS in engineering from an accredited institution preferred
Minimum 8 years and of solution consulting experience
Experience in working SFDC technologies
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic work environment while managing multiple projects
Experience in Lending domain working for Financial Technology providers to Banks, Credit Unions or Alt Finance Companies
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT Technology space
Ability to serve a variety of roles in client engagements, including lead presenter, co-presenter, documenter, and observer
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively combined with the ability to make decisions independently
Must be able to exhibit discipline and detail regarding activity reporting (SalesForce), presentation preparation and follow-up
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
