Responsibilities & Requirements
The Senior Talent Management Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of talent management programs and processes aimed at identifying, developing, engaging, and managing high-performing, diverse talent that support our business objectives.
What You'll Do

  • Develop a scalable career development strategy and operating model to ensure the career development strategy aligns with the overall mission and vision of the company
  • Build partnerships across the People Leadership Team to ensure career development complements adjacent processes, such as goal setting, talent mobility, job profiles, talent planning, performance management and learning
  • Create metrics for ongoing management of career development strategic goals as well as measurements for retaining and developing talent
  • In partnership with internal communications, socialize and promote the merits and business benefits of all talent programs while ensuring training calendars, opportunities, platforms, resources, and programs are accessible
  • Collaboratively create the short-and long-term learning and development strategies and goals needed to achieve talent imperatives
  • Improve program offerings using data from internal surveys, retrospectives, or industry trends
  • Support the development of program materials to use for advancing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging awareness, learning and action planning
  • Coach people leaders and employees in career and development planning
  • Create workplans to manage tasks, resources, risks, dependencies, and milestones


Who You Are

  • Passionate learning culture enthusiast with a strong focus on talent development, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR program or project manager, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, talent management, and/or organizational development
  • Experience creating strategy and designing career development programs that are scalable and sustainable in a high growth business environment
  • Learn-it-all vs know-it-all with strong intellectual curiosity to develop and embrace new best practices and build a "learning" culture
  • High initiative, self-starting capabilities; the demonstrated ability to identify and seize opportunities for impact in messy, uncertain contexts without direction or oversight; a self-starter with an active sense of urgency and impeccable follow-through
  • Proven ability to lead through change and transformation with an ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Experience operating within an HRIS, ideally implementing or managing talent modules
  • Strong ability to influence without authority across a variety of teams
  • Excellent project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and doing whatever it takes to deliver outstanding results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and ability to effectively address challenging situations and have difficult conversations
  • Ability to build positive working relationships internally and externally; and
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
