We are looking for experienced hands-on Senior TPM to solve complex problems and support a team as they deliver innovative technology solutions.
As a Senior TPM, you will lead and work with a talented team to innovate and deliver business and software solutions. Your ability to define and develop high scalable and high performance web services is essential. You will have opportunities to work on both frontend (Website) and backend (Services) and interact with business stakeholders directly. In addition, successful candidates will be able to lead by example, balance development responsibilities while participating in cross team efforts including architecture planning.
To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable gathering requirements across the many retail systems, creating and maintaining technical project plans and diving into the technical details to understand the nuances and complexities involved. If this sounds like you, let's talk more!
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a Software Engineering or Computer Science field
· 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience
· Experience with full lifecycle delivery of projects including creation and execution of project plans
· Experience with agile development
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 2+ years of experience as a developer as part of the 5+ years Technical industry experience.
· Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
· Creativity with superior analytical abilities across business and technology
· Extensive experience defining programs, writing detailed functional specifications and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs
· A first-hand working knowledge of current web technologies including UI and Services, service-oriented architecture, and data analysis
· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
