Forcepoint is seeking a full-time Principal Cyber Engineer to lead Professional Services engagements with respect to installation, configuration, integration and training of our commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) CASB and other cloud security products. This individual must be highly motivated, have great interpersonal skills, and be a quick learner. The successful candidate will be offered specialized training to support our technologies and is expected to become proficient in all aspects of complex software solution deployment.

As a Principal Cyber Engineer, you will:

• Lead installation, configuration, integration and training engagements for current Forcepoint CASB and/or Cloud solution customers
• Provide training, troubleshooting, and on-site support to customers including version upgrades
• Prepare technical documentation to include as-built design, requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide input to Forcepoint Product Management and Engineering on designs, product updates, and Operations and Maintenance procedures and documentation
• Support Forcepoint Sales with Proof of Concept
• Mentor and coach junior security engineers

Qualifications, experience, and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Twelve (12) or more years’ experience providing operational and technical support Cloud security products
• Five (5) or more years’ experience in supporting CASB products
• Extensive background and knowledge of SaaS applications, Proxy/API architecture, Cloud security, Identity Access Management, Data Compliance Management, SSO, and Shadow IT
• Intermediate to advanced networking knowledge (TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, etc.)
• Strong personal drive for ensuring customer success with a proactive focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects under tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to articulate technical issues in a meaningful way to both team and executive level management
• Must be able to coordinate collaboratively across traditional engineering disciplines, with management and with customers
• Must be a team player and build good working relationships across all functions
• Readiness to travel up-to 75% both domestically internationally; Travel requirements based upon client obligations
