Role and Responsibilities:

Activity and resource planning:

Working with heads of business units and other key stakeholders, Manage/Coordinate/Control project scope/timing/location/deadlines and other key requirements, utilizing both internal and external resources, to ensure timely and effective planning and execution of all activities involved in the acquisition of office/facility space required to support Company activities. Track and report clear and concise plans to both execute the project(s) and to monitor/report progress to all key stakeholders. Consult with key stakeholders on any issues that may cause or potentially cause delivery delays.

Organizing and motivating the project team/colleagues:

Keep all team members/colleagues focused on their goals, to ensure that all clearly understand their roles and responsibilities in support of the Company’s objectives.

Controlling time management:

Working with key stakeholders, assist in the setting of realistic deadlines, and communicate them consistently to the project team/colleagues.

Cost estimating and developing the budget:

Manage projects to budget, assist in the formulation of the budget(s), review and plan to ensure that projects remain on-budget, or that any budget overruns are understood and approved by budget-owners in advance of financial commitments.

Ensuring customer satisfaction:

Minimize uncertainty, avoid any unwanted surprises and involve key stakeholders in the project(s) as much as is reasonably possible. Maintain effective communications and keep the stakeholders and colleagues up-to-date.

Analyze and manage project risk:

Identify and evaluate potential risks before the project begins. Institute appropriate action plans to avoid or minimize risks and their impact on the project(s).

Monitor progress:

Monitor and analyze both expenditures and team performance and take corrective measures where needed, to ensure that deliverable remain on-track.

Managing reports and necessary documentation:

Present comprehensive reports at the completion of each project, documenting that all project requirements were fulfilled, projects’ history, what was done and by whom, and what could be done better in the future.

External Management :

Third party vendor management including acquisition of government permit and licenses to stay compliance.

Requirements

• Scope of role limited to North America but could grow to global landscape.
• Need minimum of 5-8 years experience in facilities management.
• Global experience preferred.
• An undergraduate degree in business preferred.
• Must be proficient in English.
