Job Description

If you want to accelerate your learning and career growth in a forward-looking company, think about the impact you could be having above and beyond your current role. If you have decades of project management experience, this role is not for you as we’re looking for someone who has the right energy and dedication without a significant amount of experience. If you’ve got a few years of project management, process management or organizational management experience under your belt, come check us out and see how you can expand your horizons.

Who are we looking for?

If you’re interested in helping an amazing team get even better, here’s how you can make a difference:

  • Understand and learn the ins-and-outs of the Lithium business, product lines and structure in order to truly be effective in a cross-functional role
  • Execute on internal follow up around our LiVE (Lithium Value Experience) + NPS program
  • Execute on internal follow up around our Heal Desk program, a system where our at-risk customers are reviewed and managed
  • Work with external customers, as needed, to schedule discussions and ensure effective conversations
  • Ensure that project plans and notes are kept effectively
  • Be passionate around making our customer’s experience better, even if that means banging down some doors.

We are looking for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves and go solve for customer problems with the backing of some of our senior leadership. We need someone who wants to manage a program and process; someone who excels at following up and ensuring that commitments are met.  If you’re able to pull this all off, you’ll help us get to our goal of rising to the gold standard.

Our teams are very distributed, so being able to communicate via text and online is crucial. Our primary location for this particular opening is Austin, TX, but you’ll sometimes be talking to our APAC or EMEA offices so may have to work early/late shifts as well.

“Preferred Skills” List

To help you out in figuring out what we’re looking for, here are some examples of the skills we believe would make you successful in this role. Not having all the skill sets will certainly not discount you from consideration as we are looking for the right person for the job and are well aware that this entire list is quite lengthy! These are simply plusses and should be showcased.

Education

  • A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management or Organizational Change Management
  • Industry certifications in Project Management or Coordination

Technical

  • Ability to comprehend and discuss technical issues with internal and external resources.

    Client Facing
