Our Talent Acquisition operations and programs team is currently seeking a Talent Attraction Program Manager. In this role, you will work cross functionally to develop and execute talent attraction strategies. This position will bring together our global hiring goals and our addressable talent pools with strategic recruitment programs, events, targeted campaigns & social media strategies.

Responsibilities:

**Design campaigns that showcase our EVP to our total addressable talent markets and key talent personas globally

**Create and increase awareness of Medallia as an employer of choice

**Leverage data to connect an increase in awareness and attraction strategies to hiring outcomes

**Work with the right stakeholders to respond to comments and manage our employer reputation management platform communities

**Develop strategies that create employee brand ambassadors who regularly share content via social sites like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

**Collaborate with our People Operations, Diversity & Inclusion, Marketing and PR teams to develop and share engaging and inspiring candidate (Persona) facing content

**Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders

Basic qualifications include:

**4+ years of experience in designing and executing engaging Talent Attraction and/or Marketing strategies

**Project management and analytical expertise

**Adept at implementing data driven attraction strategies

**Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage employees and leaders across the organization

**Thrives in a fast paced, matrixed and sometimes ambiguous environment

**Experienced with development of and achievement of appropriate growth/engagement metrics

Preferred qualifications:

**Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

**Experience with Diversity & Inclusion/community-based nurturing and attraction strategies

**Experience with executive nurture and engagement strategies

**Recruiting/hiring experience within college, experienced or executive levels
