Q2 is looking for a Talent Operations Program Manager who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering initiatives and programs that will be critical to achieving our strategic goals and the positive results we seek to create for Q2 the communities we support. This role will be accountable for a broad portfolio of work supporting Talent Acquisition: ATS (Workday) and process management, TA training, data analytics, and other emergent programs and tools.

In this role, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to achieve results while collaborating with senior leadership to design and launch said initiatives. This portfolio of programs and initiatives will need to be closely orchestrated across different stakeholder groups to maximize their positive results for both internal and external groups. This role will increase operations efficiency, map and improve core TA processes, support PM best practices, and improve the effectiveness of all TA ongoing initiatives.

  • Support ongoing operational reviews, process improvements, and process excellence across our global teams, ensuring we hire with deep rigor, speed, and fairness—support building and implementing multi-year initiatives and roadmaps for TA Ops.

  • Design, implement and maintain scalable processes, tools & systems necessary to support the recruiting function globally. Work with functional leads on the team to improve quality of hire, support ATS/CRM improvements, adapt & integrate new tools, drive TA commitment to data integrity and consistency while ensuring the team delivers excellent candidate experience.

  • Stay on top of trends, best practices, legal and inclusion-related matters. Develop short- and long-term plans for sustaining global compliance while improving the inclusivity of recruiting efforts. Presents and shares information with leadership to highlight how changes may affect current policies and procedures and recommend changes.

  • Support the development of and adoption of relevant recruitment metrics, create recruiting reports, and inform business decisions. Identify, monitor, and regularly report key metrics (including KPIs and ROI) across all TA programs and operations. Use data to analyze and optimize recruitment processes. Identify new tools and technology to improve operations.

  • Independently partner with cross-functional teams on TA/HR systems, policies, and guidelines interpretation and impact as systems, policies, and procedures mature and change.

  • Act as a centralized point of contact for all change management, stakeholder management, and communication activities for TA Ops to ensure consistency, high-quality deliverables, and ensure successful, positive adoption of changes. In addition, be able to create and lead training as needed to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives.

Qualifications – The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / TA Operations or a related field.

  • In-depth knowledge of Recruiting compliance, tools, systems, and processes

  • Experience leading organizational strategy, projects, and programs on a global scale

  • Proficient analytical, organizational, and project management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

  • Excellent stakeholder mgmt. skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities by setting clear/realistic expectations

  • Passion for trying, learning, improving, and sharing best practices

  • Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and push back on leaders when necessary

  • Strong sense of urgency to drive projects to completion

  • Some travel may be required
