Team Description

Our Sales & Channel team shares Dropbox Business with enterprises around the world and helps them understand the power Dropbox offers to teams at scale. We’re a collaborative and empathetic sales team, focused on understanding what businesses need to work better together.

The Enterprise Services team is a professional services organization that will be serving our top, Fortune 500 customers. This team will be delivering successful deployments of Dropbox for Business to strategic, best in category companies that want to power their enterprise with Dropbox.

 

You will be joining a pioneering team that is working on building a world-class services organization. If you're a talented technology professional with experience driving enterprise SaaS technology programs and transforming business workflows, and if you want to build something as part of an internal startup team - we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain trusted adviser relationships with customers from the C-level to the front line, both within IT and business units. Provide best-in-class post-sales technical guidance and support to our enterprise customers.
  • Work directly with customers alongside Customer Success Managers to plan and execute successful deployments. As part of the deployment process, understand and document existing workflows, identify transformation opportunities, and drive adoption of new, prescribed workflows.
  • Routinely evaluate, document, and share the value from adoption of new workflows. Socialize lessons learned in a programmatic fashion with Technical Architects and other internal stakeholders such as Customer Success Managers, Industry Principals, and Business Strategists.
  • Partner with customer teams to develop project plans and manage its day to day execution. Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of solutions and project deliverables, as needed.
  • Create solution architectures and be able to advise customer development teams in design, development, and deployment of custom solutions.
  • Develop and demonstrate product expertise, both on the core Dropbox for Business product and APIs. Be the go-to technical resource for various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to develop statements of work and pricing proposals for services engagements.

Requirements 

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Business, MIS, CIS or computer-related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience; experience in a client-facing roles
  • Proven track record in professional services, consulting, engineering, or similar roles
  • Experience in implementing SaaS technologies and enterprise deployments is required
  • Previous experience communicating directly with executives with outstanding interpersonal skills, along with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Nice to have: ability to write code in at least one programming language (Python or PowerShell preferred)
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Federation, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and Identity Management

In order to be successful in our Virtual First environment we needed to make changes that would allow employees to have more control over both where and how they work. Therefore, we embrace “non-linear workdays” with defined core collaboration hours that overlap across time zones.
