We are looking for a Project Manager with 50% hands-on experience to join our growing team remotely.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive team onboarding and integration into the team
• Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables for the project
• Proactively manage project risks and issues, timely mitigate, and escalate to Project Manager/DM/relevant stakeholders where applicable
• Effectively manage change, prevent business & technical scope creep
• Drive release planning and execution
• Facilitate communication with dependency teams
• Report on the iteration and project progress to stakeholders
• Manage development backlog, work prioritization, assignment, and tracking in assigned tools/AWS Devops
• Organize, lead and facilitate project meetings, both internal and with customer
• Collect, analyze and present iteration metrics
• Make sure the necessary project documentation is created and properly organized
• Make sure team follows existing processes and constantly analyses and implements improvements to the existing processes

REQUIREMENTS

• 50% hands on and helping with application development
• Strong experience with design patterns, object oriented and service oriented
• Has experience interviewing and hiring strong engineers
• Has extensive Engineering Excellence experience - secure, performant, maintainable and scalable software building, releasing frequently with high observability
• Ability to effectively plan and lead the engineering team delivery and report on team's delivery with metrics (code coverage, velocity, software quality, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• English level B2 and higher (speaking and writing) is a MUST
