What you’ll do:

  • Manage the process and execution of a team of engineers and data scientists
  • Be responsible for facilitating the Agile processes
  • Help manage timelines and identify when a deliverable is at risk
  • Work with the team to identify risks and formulate alternatives
  • Manage handoffs between teams to ensure smooth transitions
  • Help the team balance competing priorities

Who you are:

  • You’re process driven
  • You’re organized and great at communicating
  • You’ve spent at least 2 years doing project management for software development
  • You have a technical background
  • You understand how complex data driven systems are built
  • You enjoy getting into the weeds
  • You have a passion for learning
  • You’re creative and tenacious - you don’t give up
  • You understand the value of a fostering a healthy team
  • Building cool things that work excites you
  • You thrive off the energy and pace of a small team
  • You’re adaptable and looking for new things to work on
