I. POSITION OBJECTIVES
1. Test Automation Development


 Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using WebdriverIO or similar frameworks.
 Ensure test scripts cover functional, regression, and integration testing needs.
 Optimize test scripts for performance and reliability.

2. Manual Testing Support
 Execute manual test cases when automation is not feasible or during exploratory testing.
 Validate test results and report discrepancies accurately.

3. Test Planning and Execution
 Prioritize test scenarios based on risk, impact, and business requirements.
 Create and maintain detailed test execution plans.
 Track and report test case execution status regularly.

4. Documentation and Reporting
 Develop and maintain documentation for automated testing processes and frameworks.
 Generate and distribute test execution reports and defect summaries.
 Maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure coverage and compliance.

5. Agile Collaboration
 Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
 Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
 Support development and testing activities across dev, test, UAT, and production environments.

6. Defect Management
 Use Jira to log, track, and manage defects. 
 Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

7. UAT and On-Call Support
 Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
 Provide on-call support for critical testing phases and production releases.

8. Continuous Improvement
 Identify opportunities to improve test automation coverage and efficiency.
 Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging tools in test automation.
