As we continue expanding nationwide, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for our U.S. Sales Department. This role is ideal for someone who understands the U.S. recruiting market, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to partner closely with business leaders to scale high-performing teams.

What You'll Focus On

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and refine candidate profiles
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruiting channels
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms to manage recruiting pipelines
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-time-zone communication throughout the recruiting process
  • Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or agency recruiting preferred
  • Familiarity with the U.S. hiring market and North American workplace communication
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, or similar recruiting tools preferred
  • Previous experience recruiting for Sales, SaaS, or B2B roles is a plus
  • Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

       The salary for this role is $60000-$80,000 base depending on experience
